“Where do I start on this review for what I consider to be the best real estate agent ever! Well to start with I would give Tony Elias at least 10 Stars, as he goes above and beyond. Tony is everything that you would hope a real estate agent would be. He is on time, knowledgeable, honest, and keeps current to any changes in the industry. Tony’s intelligent and well spoken, understanding, patient with explaining things and giving you the time that you need to talk things through all the while being easy to talk to. He’s candid and real, a true partner in the process with your best interest at heart and speaking of heart…Tony sure has a great one! He is caring and willing to sacrifice for others. He will do what he can to get you the best price for your home, without playing any games. He is completely on top of the closing process making sure that he’s ahead of everything and getting all accomplished on time and properly. He makes sure that there are not any surprises, he takes the necessary time to spell anything and everything out for you . Its obvious that its important to Tony that there are no misunderstandings or any concerns and he is more than happy to spend time talking and answering questions…even if it’s the same question over again. He even actually returns your phone calls and your texts in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about Tony I would recommend him across the board, you can’t go wrong with Tony and his team, as everyone he has recommended in the process has been fantastic. So it’s obvious to me why Tony Elias is top 5% in all of San Diego County (and I’m sure the universe too). He deserves it, job well done Tony and your Century 21 team!!
